Kimberly: President & CEO
Kimberly acquired The Red Rose in January 2021 and has worked for the past 4 years as the company's President and CEO. Kimberly oversees all aspects of the business, making sure our company culture stays rooted in respect, reliability, and empowerment. Kimberly's passion for The Red Rose is evident in her drive to constantly develop herself and her team to be the best cleaning team in the state!
Mary: General Manager
Mary first joined The Red Rose as a part-time cleaning technician on nights and weekends but as her love for the gratifying work and fit in the company's community based culture grew, she quickly made
The Red Rose her full-time career! Mary is now our General Manager and handles all things clients, staffing, and operations. She embodies what The Red Rose means when we say we love what we do and who we do it for!
Michelle: Cleaning Technician
Michelle brings her commitment to excellence and attention to detail to The Red Rose. She has over 10 years of customer service experience and understands the power of a tidy, refreshed space. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
April: Cleaning Technician
April started her cleaning career years working with a commercial cleaning company in Idaho. When she moved to Minnesota, she wanted to continue to grow her career in the industry. April enjoys cleaning because she loves helping others and easing clients’ stress with a clean home! In her free time, April enjoys drawing and spending time with her family and cats.
