Kimberly: President & CEO
Kimberly acquired The Red Rose in January 2021 and has worked for the past 4 years at the company's President and CEO. Kimberly oversees all aspects of the business, making sure our company culture stays rooted in respect, reliability, and empowerment. Kimberly's passion for The Red Rose is evident in her drive to constantly develop herself and her team to be the best cleaning team in the state!
Mary: General Manager
Mary first joined The Red Rose as a part-time cleaning technician on nights and weekends but as her love for the gratifying work and fit in the company's community based culture grew, she quickly made
The Red Rose her full-time career! Mary is now our General Manager and handles all things clients, staffing, and operations. She embodies what The Red Rose means when we say we love what we do and who we do it for!
Dawn: Cleaning Technician
Dawn has been an integral part of The Red Rose team for over 5 years, showing commitment to excellence by always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. In the spirit of the family business, Dawn has worked alongside her daughter and her mom with the company in the past!
Rachel: Cleaning Technician
Rachel was born and raised in Minneapolis and after spending a few years outside of MN, has made her way back home. She has a vast background in many different jobs, but at the core is her love of helping others. Rachel is very excited to put her attention to detail and hard work ethic into helping others enjoy a clean space. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and dog Willow. Football season is her favorite season - Go Vikes!
Elisa: Cleaning Technician
Elisa has a knack for organization and has a passion for keeping things tidy. When she's not making spaces sparkle, you’ll likely find her enjoying a great live concert, watching a movie, or out hiking with her family.
Brailyn: Cleaning Technician
Brailyn joined our team after graduating high school early! When she’s not working, she enjoys drawing, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
Tiara: Cleaning Technician
Tiara has had a passion for cleaning since the young age of 6. Coming from a big family, Tiara would babysit and end up cleaning other people's homes. While she has a wide range of career experience, nothing has topped the satisfaction of cleaning!
Allison: Cleaning Technician
Allison is born and raised in Minnesota and is very family oriented. She enjoys seeing new places and exploring new things with her 13 year old daughter. Allison has an extensive background in customer service, with cleaning experience throughout her career. She loves making clients happy!
